Litigation

While Leah aims to resolve each case in an efficient manner, there are times when litigation is unavoidable. Leah has a wealth of experience litigating cases in Supreme Court and Family Court, from inception to trial, with a particular focus on:

• Custody litigation

• Financial litigation

• The prosecution and defense of family offenses

• Post-judgment enforcement proceedings for custody and child support

• Post-judgment enforcement proceedings for spousal maintenance

Leah also prosecutes and defends appeals in the First and Second Judicial Departments.
